Return and Refund policy

At LittleJuels, we ensure all our products are thoroughly inspected for quality before being dispatched. If you receive a product that is broken, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability (unboxing unedited video of the package required)

All our Primrose Collection pieces are meticulously handcrafted by experts and undergo a thorough, rigorous quality inspection before being dispatched. Each item is uniquely crafted with attention to detail to ensure you receive a product of the highest quality.

However for our primrose collection, in the unlikely event of a stone-related issue during transit, such as a missing stone, please provide us with an unboxing video. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

For these cases, kindly ship the product back to us, and we will assess the necessary repairs. Once completed, we will return the piece to you in perfect condition.

In a rare case where the product is received broken/defective, please share a unboxing video with us. We will arrange a pickup, and after conducting a quality check, if the item is irreparable, we will either exchange it or issue store credit for the same value, which can be used for future purchases within 3 months of issuance.

Additionally, for Primrose bangles or rings, if the size is not as per your requirement, an additional Rs. 200 will be charged as a shipping fee for pickup. We kindly request you to double-check your size before placing your order.
