Our Promise: 9-Month Warranty on Waterproof Jewellery
We take pride in the craftsmanship of our 18K gold-plated stainless steel collection, offering a 9-month warranty covering plating discoloration or tarnishing.

What's Not Covered:
- Minor scratches, marks, or natural signs of daily wear
- Damage caused by accidental drops, rough handling, or external pressure
- Missing embellishments such as stones, crystals, or decorative parts
- Any resizing, alterations, or repairs performed outside LittleJuels
- Applicable only for the 18K gold-plated stainless steel collection
