1. Perfume & Creams: Avoid spraying perfume, or applying creams/sanitizer after putting on your jewelry. It should be the last thing you wear after getting ready.
2. Storage: When not in use, keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place.
3. Cleaning: Occasionally clean your pieces with lukewarm water, pat them dry, and store them properly.
4. Avoid Sleeping: Do not wear jewelry while sleeping.
5. Swimming: Refrain from wearing jewelry while swimming.
6. Protection: Keep jewelry away from chemicals and extreme weather conditions.

• We offer a flexible refund and exchanges on our Littlejuels- contemporary collection (not primrose) If your product arrives broken or defective, you’re eligible for a full refund/exchange of the product for same price we’ll cover the return shipping.

  Return & Refund Policy:
  For exchanges or returns due to personal preference, shipping costs must be borne by the customer- only valid for 3 days after receiving the package by the customer
  
  For exchanged items or returns - Customer must send the Jewelry back in a secure packaging, product must be sent back in original unused condition. We will first review the items before proceeding with exchange or refunds
  
  A full refund or store credit can only be availed in case of a defective or incorrect product is delivered ( a unboxing video without any cut is required)
